As a mother, a former Fortune 100 recruiter, an entrepreneur, a Certified Strengthfinder™ Coach and career coach for over 30 years, Nancy is dedicated to helping young adults step more fully into their most empowered + successful selves. From her own children to her clients, Nancy is a true believer that our individuality is the gateway to our excellence and fulfillment. Through self-discovery + self-awareness, she empowers her clients to better understand who they are, how to own their talents + value and express it in all aspects of life.

For the past decade, Nancy has focused on working with young adults to become the contributor they are designed to be. She enjoys working with young individuals in their 20’s and 30’s helping them discover the best of who they are and how to align with that understanding. Her approach is practical and personal- while also enlightening, motivating and fun!
